1. Agreement

By using GM Resto, a product of GM Innovex Technologies Private Limited, you agree to these terms. You must keep your login details safe and are responsible for activity on your account.

2. Free trial

Every new business gets a 10-day free trial with full access. No payment is needed to start. When the trial ends, choose a plan and pay to continue.

3. Plans

Plans are Basic, Standard and Elite, available as 1-year plans only, billed yearly.

4. Prices and taxes

Prices exclude 18% GST. The total including GST is shown before you pay and on your invoice.

5. Renewal and expiry

Plans renew yearly unless auto-renewal is turned off. If a plan expires, access is paused and your data is kept for [X DAYS].

6. Upgrades and downgrades

You can upgrade anytime and pay the difference for the remaining days. Downgrades apply from the next renewal.

7. Features

Features depend on your plan. Choosing a business type only sets defaults.

8. Offline use

GM Resto lets you keep billing during internet interruptions. Data syncs when you're back online. Please connect to the internet regularly so your data is backed up.

9. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the bills you create, your tax compliance and using GM Resto lawfully.

10. Availability and liability

We work to keep GM Resto available at all times but cannot promise it will never be interrupted. [LIMITATION OF LIABILITY — to be drafted by lawyer.]

11. Suspension and termination

We may suspend accounts that misuse the service or break these terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Chennai have jurisdiction.
